The challenge
Prospects asked about packages on WhatsApp and Instagram with no page explaining them. Invoices and ad reports were done by hand.
My decisions
Part-time digital marketing: bilingual site content, a sales SOP, and handover documents for the team.

Role of AI The site, invoicing, and bot were designed with the help of AI. I wrote the handover guide for a non-technical team, so they can change prices and text themselves.
