The challenge
Transactions were written in a notebook and on separate phones, so closing the day was painful.
My decisions
- Key-based sync across phones; owner & staff roles
- Commissions, fees, admin charges, and cash balance calculated automatically
- Performance chart and scheduled daily recap to Telegram
- Installable on the phone home screen
Role of AI Built and audited with AI. The audit caught a recap schedule that never ran and a chart that distorted on phones; both were fixed without touching the money logic.
