The challenge
The business opened a line to a new mill with its own pricing rules. Piling it into the old app would have mixed the rules together.
My decisions
- Purchases & mill sales; buying price filled in from the mill price
- Image notes & thermal printing via the Thermer app, compressed photo attachments
- 5 reports: purchases, sales, gross profit, unpaid, margin
- Reconciliation and fast ticket search (Ctrl/Cmd+K)
Role of AI Reuses the bot features and rules from Cashflow OCM, so it wasn't built from scratch.
