The challenge
The sales recap was retyped from dozens of PDFs every month: slow and error-prone.
My decisions
- Parses handover and invoice PDF tables
- Cross-validates totals against invoices
- Duplicate protection by file fingerprint
- Syncs to the app, with dry-run as the default
Role of AI Started as a separate tool, then folded into the bot: now I just send the PDF to the Telegram bot.
