Cashflow OCM · Web app
One phone app, profit visible in seconds
Designed to bring my family's palm-oil supply business finances into one app: purchases from collection points, sales to the mill, cash, expenses, and tax. Works on a phone.
- My role
- Product designer, working with AI
- Period
- Jun – Oct 2026
- Status
- Partly in use · CV OCM
- Built for
- Family business
The challenge
Purchases from 13–16 collection points, mill sales, expenses, and tax lived in separate notebooks, chats, and spreadsheets. Profit only became clear at month-end, and payment gaps were hard to trace.
My decisions
- 30+ screens: purchases, sales, dated reference prices, cash, expenses, P&L
- Supplier 360 card: advances, debts & invoice age, tonnage trend, off-standard prices
- PDF, Excel, and image reports ready for WhatsApp; VAT sheet ready for the tax portal
- Purchase notes generated the moment a ticket is saved, ready to print via the Thermer app
- Strict period closing, activity log, and 5 access levels (owner, admin, cashier, accountant, viewer)
- Automatic backups, offline mode, and token-protected public invoices
Role of AI Built with AI: one AI builds, another reviews the work, and I test it myself. Inside the app, AI helps read ticket and receipt photos and answers questions about the data.
How it flows
- 01Weighbridge ticket saved
- 02Purchase note generated
- 03Printed via the Thermer app
- 04Profit visible in seconds on the phone
- 05PDF, Excel, and image reports
- 06Ready for WhatsApp
Result
Before: Ledgers, chats and spreadsheets
Now: one phone app, profit visible in seconds
Flow inside the app · 9 screens

Integrated with the Thermer app: as soon as a ticket is saved, the purchase note appears and prints to a Bluetooth thermal printer in one tap. Note text is prepared specially because Thermer drops any line containing non-ASCII characters.
